This rebranding project transforms the company’s identity from a traditional battery brand into a modern energy company focused on innovation, sustainability, and global lifestyle relevance. The new system maintains the bold, energetic essence of the original brand while introducing a more flexible, future-ready identity built around clean typography, a vibrant gradient of orange, and a modern lightning-bolt symbol representing speed and innovation.
Design Problem
The challenge was to modernize Energizer’s visual identity while preserving its heritage and recognition. The goal was to create a unified system that works seamlessly across corporate, retail, digital, and environmental platforms—communicating reliability, motion, and sustainability without losing the brand’s energy and confidence.
Design Solution
The final identity expresses Energizer’s evolution toward cleaner, smarter energy. The “Z-bolt” element and gradient orange accent reinforce motion and electricity, while the structured grid and balanced typography establish clarity and consistency. The rebrand communicates a confident, modern, and sustainable image—positioning Energizer as not just a battery company, but a symbol of reliable, responsible energy for the future.
